The Unisphere
The Unisphere is a symbol of the New York worlds fair which took place in 1964 and 1965. It stands over 12 Stories high and weighs 900,000 pounds. Located in flushing meadow park this is an amazing structure to visit. It was built by US Steel Corporation as a symbol of world peace and since then has been visited by millions of people including photographers, film makers, athletes and your average person just going for a walk through this beautiful park.
